Alam's 2 weeks Induction Programme.. :P

Well.. its been a while since i wrote the blog..
I just wanna share what happen during the Induction in Alam(MMA)..
U can make it similar to hell.. only...ur not physically DEAD..only SPIRITUALY dead..On the 1st day itself, we have to had our haircut..Guys as usual size 2..n girls..Short..like this..haha :)



We also had our luggage check..worst..embarrasment.. :(
During the 1st day itself we learn a few new terms..such as..,Pipe Down,Waky-Waky,etc..more to come.The best part was the breakfast...more luxury than
normally what you always had at home..
chuckles~~
its the hottest spot in the campus..lol..  Its called the GALLEY..


Well the seniors there are not that bad.except for a few..but..its normal..this is all the cycle of life..coz what goes around definately will come around..:)



We oso had our fitness test..2.4 km run..,push ups,sit ups, shuttle run..n oso swimming 4 laps..honestly..i cant swim..so..most of the tyme i struggle badly..hehe..
but..m taking up swimming lessons ..so that the next tyme i'm back i can tell the JJ..Sir saya Sudah Tao berenang...haha..really hoping that i'm a fast learner..

never b4 in my life i hate to enter a pool..ALaM is the first place that made me hate it..b4 entering..we have to do lots of exercises..well its kinda true..so that they dont want us to crammed..but hell la deyh..pain..
Even i hate Obstacles..i definately couldnt pass monkey bar..so i crawl in the mud..some stupid senior told us lower ur ass..then mau tamao start balek n stuck up back all the mud on our clothes..eww..
that was the best part..
 but the best part among the best..is the FRIENDSHIP.. WE MADE..

Unhealthy lifestyle


obese..O art thou..obese..shall i compare thee to a summers break..or lease that hath..TEENS..TEens..and teens...come on and live your lyfe that you used too..put aside all that pressure..and giddy up to have a well built body that you always dream off..probably ones likes Zac efRon..not to praised him for his such good looks..but as a motivation for u out there..
  1. well dont feel down..comn on..u r not obese..you are just overweight an there's always a solution for that..not 1 but lots.....

  1. Drink water …No, you don’t have to fill up like a tub, but ensure that you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Don’t substitute for juice. Your body should always be hydrated. Your kidneys will thank you as it can easily flush out the waste. With adequate water intake your body will be able to metabolize fat more effectively. And if you have a glass of water 10-15 minutes prior to your meal, you will feel full once you start eating. Another fun fact, did you know that you can lose 62 calories by drinking ice cold water?   2. Eat 5 times a dayStart with breakfast. The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night.   6. Keep a journal …It helps to document what you eat. This way you can keep track and evaluate your eating habits at the end of each week. Teen's boring life


Never get wrong with what i'm tryin to say..well teens are the stage of lyfe where its ur peek..i mean that ..you can do all kinds of stuff which at first suitable for ur image and healthy going lyfestyle.. which u tend to do xtreme sports and go haywire bout it..having fun with ur gf and bf..etc..but that is for teens or shall i say peer who knews what they want in lyfe..and plans on what to do next..but to be honest not all plan goes well..u have to play ur cards rite too...lol..well thats why the Government had held the National Service for teens after form 5..which indeed i agred coz it has filled us up with exciting activities as we mingle around in different culture and ethnics from all around Malaysia..we learnt Mandarin..ni hou ma? and oso..some Sabah BAH..lol..we'll its definately 1 in a lyfe tyme experiment..
